I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room, which made my stay even more comfortable. the heating was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere in the spacious sitting area, where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and having an electric kettle for a cup of tea was a nice touch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and the convenient location near fantastic restaurants like Neon Jamon and Sapporo Teppanyaki made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the city.
